The ScoopFree Ultra is really nice. I have two cats, the kitten adapted to the new pan without a problem. The older cat saw and more importantly heard it run when it was first setup and was scared of it from that point.
Nothing worked to get the cat to use the pan. Fortunately ScoopFree's customer service is excellent and after trying everything they suggested to get the cat to transition they have agreed to return the litter pan.
